When it senses my essence
feel the cold presence
Shiver from the sent chills down my spine
it slowly invades my mind
Silently scream within this dream
life fades away it seems
Wish I wasn't here
someone save me from fear
I try to run, but I just fall
ignore the writing on the wall
Everywhere I look, it's like it knows
I hide in my room with the door closed
The voices whispered in my head
this is the moment that I dread
Suffer the icy touch of death
it takes my final breath
Fear is a monster
within us all
that consumes us
until, we can barely crawl.
