Why I love coins is not just because of history,

but a simple thought of who's hands they have passed through is a mystery.

If I acquired a coin from the early 1790's, this coin could have once been in George Washingtons grasp,

But to this day, I may be allowed to crasp.

History of people in the past is passing through my hands every time a coin is in my palm,

conserving their imprint on this earth is a very important thing to me, and my Nations History.

When people ask why I care about coins, I try to keep calm,

and expain that their ancestors imprnt my be held in my palm.
