Closer

Running through the open field of tall dark green grass.

Winds as smooth as the flowing river.

A hint is in the air smells savory.

Stalking deep and slow as my claws grasp each little step.

my crystal orange eyes can almost taste it.

wet and dripping like sleepy drool as my mouth gets closer.

a sound louder then roaring elephants crisp and slight.

every swirling tree is double as my brain ringing louder.

almost the same as the ram battling each other.

damn I should've got closer...
