The world I live in is changing I can see that

It’s like we pulled terror right out of a hat

Our government is now more corrupt more than ever

Promising us that it’ll all get better and being all clever.

But all their words are is full of lies

Pulling laws out of their butts with a big “Surprise”

There is hunger where none should be

But no one chooses to open their eyes to see.

We choose to close our eyes to chaos and disaster

Instead of wondering and questioning our master

All we do is want, and stick our hands out

And thinking we’ll get it without a doubt

What happened to the good ole days of hard work and sweat?

Or did we all decide to just forget.

Technology is our future, so all we do is spend our time on the computer

Instead we should be focusing on a better suitor.

All I can say is if we don’t then our whole world will come spiraling down.

So this is the change I’m seeing
