Change

There's nothing you can say to change the way I feel

We just got to separate

Since if  we tried  again it wouldn't work, we'd just fall apart

I know that I'd say I'll change

I will for  about a week or two

Then I'll be back to the way I used to

And you'll yell at me, and tell me I'll never change and why do you even bother to stay and try and make me change

Coming back to you would be a big mistake

But I just saw you with someone else and you seemed  really into them

And it was like we didn't happen

I just wanted to pull you out of your chair and back into my life

I can't do it

I know that I'd say I'll change

I will for  about a week or two

Then I'll be back to the way I used to

And you'll yell at me, and tell me I'll never change and why do you even bother to stay and try and make me change

The crowd ain't gonna let you thorough to destroy me

I know it's what you wanna do

If I was you know you let me

Come on back for one more night that's all I'll let you be

I've had more of those since you met me

None of them have meant a damn thing

You're just another one night stand

I know that I'd say I'll change

I will for  about a week or two

Then I'll be back to the way I used to

And you'll yell at me, and tell me I'll never change and why do you even bother to stay and try and make me change
