Capricious Spirit

P { margin-bottom: 0.08in;
Morning blossoms and kisses the dew

A drink of winter cools my lungs

I feel contentment here with you

I'm fueled by love and run to the sun

Earth shines up, dirt paints my feet

Wood dances upon water

The jay bird calls, gracious to meet

Cross the field dainty, joints grow hotter

Sunlight, air-flight, shine bright, feel right

Joy cannot write the script of my heart

Neither can poetry bring it to light

Simply a feeling, a tender art

Winter hugs the edge of the river

Huddle for warmth under white

The wheat grass bends and starts to whither

My feet sink into the frost in the night
