Rattling their cups

From young to old they are everywhere.

Dealt a hard hand in life they just need some change.

Look at all the empty buildings. Housing nothing but rats and mice. 

The peope on the street need somewhere to saty so why not a house?

Why not an apartment?

Help those who can't help themselves. 

We are only as strong as our weakest city. 

We need to build our nation up from the bottom.
