Break Free, Be Me

Location

In the beginning, it was love at first sight

My world was full of darkness, but he was my light

I loved him and he loved me, I thought I could be myself and be free

In time he told me how he really felt, only then I encountered a pain in which I'd never dealt

I didn't want to accept the harsh reality, but it was obvious that he didnt like my flamboyant personality

Mother told me not to wait it through, at that moment, I knew  exactly what I had to do

I freed my soul and and focused on me, now I'm as happy as can be

Everyone wont like you for who you are, but you have stand strong and believe that you're a star
