i was never that girl
that thought about him
or he helped me
but slowly i'm beginning
beginning to believe

i was knew he existed
that much i knew
but i never knew how he blessed me

i went to where people love him
& respect him
for the first time
i realized just how much he loves everyone,
and how much he cares for us all

i may sin
everyone does
but he doesn't care
he takes you in his arms and
he holds you until the rough, choppy waters leave
he'll answer your prayers
& he'll help you find light
in the darkest of hours

because of God..
i believe
i realized i'm so blessed
