BLACK LIVES MATTER
I have a dream. No not a regular dream, A big one.A dream where you can mouth myriad things and ideas what this generation has come up to be.We live in a world with a lot of subtletiesBut am I realizing the unobtrusive things around me?Colored people, black boys, black girls and black children.Black child you got so much to live for, NO unless we make a difference we don't Black children can’t be black childrenThey can’t relish lifeTheir purpose becomes barren.Should they defer their dream?I have a dream. One day, that Nonviolence will be a term that we will use. That the world will be able to say hey don’t be afraid. That my questions will be answered one dayIt doesn’t matter if it’s in a good or bad way.I have a dream,Where the minds of the people will clash togetherTo be able to realize the questions that children ask every day.Am I not what America wants me to be?I could die right now because black is a part of me.Its vile how someone can judge you from the color of your skinBut not take a moment to realize what’s within.I have a dream,That we realize that all our blood is the same that runs through our veins.Society tells me choose my mask carefully cover my face that was given to meThe mask that was only made for my eyes to see.We all have a dream.MLK says” I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” Rest in peace MLK you made a small difference in the world today But Still, The real change has not been made . Yeah you might say its 2020 what they got on us you say Rest in peace for all the people that died just because being black is a part of their lives yeah i remember you Even you trayvon who wore a regular gray hoodie outsideI have a dream .
