BLACK HOLE

Mami, I can see the pain in your eyes

As you reminisce on how you hate some guys

I wish I could go back in time

so, you wouldn’t have to go through that sexual and physical abuse

Even if that means I wouldn’t be produced

Because I can’t live in a world where you’ve been abused.

Mind Screaming

Having so much to say

But not enough to be heard

Feeling the knot in my throat

Lost voice

Eyes and ears

To see & hear what I cannot say

Yet for years its been this way

Since I was young

Thanks to you, the man you know who

But I’ve pulled through

Now seeing the difference of living

With mind & body as whole

Mami, we survived the black hole.
