Bird of Darkness

Sat, 11/14/2015 - 18:39 -- NIckyG

She trips, but she rises. She cries till there are no more tears left. She is in a dead end, but she will not give up. No one sees, no one hears, no one cares. She is lost; confused in her own thoughts and in the words of others. She is stabbed to death, but she comes back to life on her own- no one to save her. Dreams are gone, nightmares are here. She suffers; no one by her side, but every night she lies back and numbly goes to sleep.
