The Beggar

A grey spot with a glimpse of sorrow

Is where the child stood

and across the borders of yet

another path

The only essential thing

remains to be his quiet tears

Every time the path changes

it is empty and it waits to be

embraced by the child's fulfilling steps

Each and every time presents a new chance

to start over.

Just a simple chance
