To be one

2 Corinthians 5:5

Now the one who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the Spirit as a down payment.

“To be in one spirit with The Lord”, what does it really mean?

Is it an interwoven conscience with nothing in between?

Who is my conscience ... so independent and correct?

Not influenced by opinions or by the world’s incest.

He has a voice that quietly separates ... the right from wrong.

He does not ever compromise ... He knows where He belongs.

He simply states his judgment and reminds me every day

about the person I ought to be and the “me”, who streaks away.

Is my spirit one in three ... is conscience one dimension?

What than are the other parts ... is one possibly intuition?

Was I made intentional ... through The Master’s heart?

Was the only part left out ... possibly silent communion?

If I sense without outside influence that truth reveals its own.

My mind is molded beyond its grasp and my will conforms alone.

When my will gives up what it never had and opens the spirit to the mind

Is it there to be filled with obedience ... then the third treasured part I find?

Is it there for communion with Jesus ... through a special relationship?

And so in love and trust to expand ... towards the attitude: “I forgive”...
