27 Help me to understand what your precepts mean!
Then I can meditate on your marvelous teachings.

Words: the Author of it all

Slowly rising in my heart Life’s priorities

To write, to think, to meditate … what has seniority?

Who sets the line to measure effects of a single life?

Who permeates the treasure to share with all in strife?

Are written words important if just kept for self?

Is the spoken word worthy without action by its side?

Are the knower’s of the Word a living entity?

Or are the doers of the word justified with practicality?

Who is the Author of it all … who brought words to life?

So words can be really living if love so underwrites

It takes writers and doers and hearts to receive

It takes love unconditional to guide the lost to believe
