Look at your arms

are the bleeding?

are they scared?

do keep going even though its hard?

take a marker in your hand 

write your biggest fear out on your arm

then take a minute and listen, 

YOU are beautiful

YOU are kind

YOU should speak  your heart and your mind

YOU take that chance

YOU live your life 

YOU keep on going

keep on fighting this fight

THEY were wrong to wrong you

THEY were wrong to fight you

but yet your still here and let me tell you

that is what life about

yea you'll have your downs but don't give up now

YOU have come to far

YOUR the one who got you here 

take those scars and turn them into lessons

because before you know it wont all be so depression

take that marker in your hand one more time

cross out that fear that has dragged you behind

YOU are YOU don't be anything different and if you ever forget just take another second listen.
