All I Need

I know that on a deserted islalnd, I would lack hope

But one way I'm positive that would help me cope

Is the phone I have, but just for the music

Despite the cliche, I'd always choose this.

Music for me is my passion

It provides a calm and satisfying bastion

For my thoughts are allowed to fly and take shape

It's because of music that I have no capacity for hate.

It would give me incentive to make a change

To form a plan for leaving that place

I know I'd be stuck on an island

But my music would make me feel like a pilot.

Some memories and emotions are finally found

With the music, I remember my life that makes me proud

It would mainly prevent me from focusing on what's wrong

Because instead, I am enveloped in the fabric of a song.
