You look in the mirror but

what you see isn't really you

Sure it's you standing there

but it's missing something too

You don't see the way your eyes sparkle

when talking about something you like

You don't see the peace you contain 

when you're sound asleep at night 

You don't see the concentration wrinkles

when reading something you wrote

You don't see the way your face contorts

with laughter at a joke

Sure you see yourself

but there are things that you don't see

one of those things being 

the action of your natural beauty.
