BY ACCIDENT

The story which I here present,

Occurred today by accident;

Along with Nate, a boy I date

We both spied by accident

A flute, which my Uncle Brent,

Left outside by accident.

Nate blew into the hollow instrument,

Emitting a sound by accident,

“Well, Goll-ly, with just one toot,

How beautifully I played the flute!”

The only moral I can present is:

“A fool, in spite of nature’s bent,

May shine for once, by accident.”
