24th April

A day I cherish,A day I wish never perish,A day when you were born,A day which gave me a chance to make you mine,A day with memories divine,Do you really remember a thing?I doubt if there is still a string.Surprises and wishes,All the warm kisses,Your cake smeared hood,That jolly mood,That video of our's,That made your tear's shower. How beautiful were those hours,Love seemed to be in power.A sudden change in your manner,You estranged  me and that is all that matters.I gave you my heart on a platter,Sigh! It shattered. Not sure how to get over,But grudges I hold never.Memories is what creep in,And why won't it?It is 24th April!
