Innocent eyes, hope alive, secret desires, tongue tied, plastic smile,

Manipulative mind, genuine heart, conflictive thoughts, emotions rot,

Or so it seems, and all of these things she carried with her.

Starry and deceiving eyes, a mind under a construction site,

Kisses sought, elastic heart, religious parts, twisted drive, love deprived,

Or so it seems, and all of these things he carried with him.

Undying lust, huge smiles, play fighting kind of rough, unsteady breaths,

Seductive murmurs, touches that tell tales, words left unspoken, and a love broken,

Or so it seems, and all of these things the two strangers carried with them.

Legs open, pureness stolen, obsession begins, self-loathing, silent cries,

Misery, choked up, dead inside, cringing in the mirror, mother was right,

Can’t bear anymore lies, speechless, confused, feeling blue, got used,

Or so it seems and all of these things she carried with her.

Insanity emerges, impulsive flirting, foolish virgins, useless burdens,

Pride enhanced, irrational stance, manhood noted, issues posing,

Erotic urges, unrightfully rewarded, forever undeserving

Or so it seems and all of these things, he carried with him.

Questionable consent, haunted by regret, complicated intent, temporarily content, utter resent,

Unheard pleasures, sexual endeavors, unforgiving measures, sensual adventures, history is forever,

Bond severed, fondness tethered, joy torn, infatuation born, memory poisoned, and their time worthless,

Or so it seems and all of these things the two lovers carried with them.
