four minutes
You step onto your pedestal
The time has come
You’ve had enough
You don the rope
The pedestal disappears
You have four minutes
You think about your loved ones
Your parents, Your Friends, Your pets
You think about the good times, the bad times
You feel excruciating pain
Choking does indeed hurt
You feel your lungs exhale their final full breathe
From now on only gasps
Gasps- small whiffs of oxygen
Quick, fast, painful
Your head aches
You vision begins to fade
You’re skin turns purple
You Feel regret
You still had a chance
It wasn’t Worth it
This was a bad Idea
…
You gasp your last gasp
That’s it
All it took was four minutes
