To whom I think I fell for
Could you look me in the eye and tell me that I'm crazy?
Or could you tell me to stop believing anything you say?
You make things seem quite hazy
As if it's some sick joke to want me to stay.
Why do I feel like I've been tricked?
When all you ever say is, "You look beautiful"
But of course, I'm certainly not the one you picked
As if your empty words of light are shameful
Did I fall for you?
For when you look at my face
My eyes brighten and quiver at the sight of your mildew
I think I fell, fell for lies and lack of space
I bid you adieu
Because I fell for you.
