Sitting alone in thoughts watching blood fall from the leaves at my feet, I see the seeds of strange fruit, calloused feet, kissed by God's sun, no shoes, humming my black man blues of Negro spirituals echoing from my DNA looking upon the slave fields of the NFL and NBA, social slaves of the hate that breeds hate, born to a fate that they cannot escape, living within the beautiful bodies of their sousl that have been raped .....
