That Invisible Hole

Fri, 11/28/2014 - 18:47 -- Leyoht

Hey!

You left a hole in me;

A scar that only I can see.

I

Cannot remove that feeling

You brought unto me.

Do you dare

To show your face to me?

Do you think

I’ll travel through the sea

To commit

Myself to you?

Or to fall

Into the blue?

How could you be so naïve?

So black and white?

So contradictory

To a sun so bright?

Can you see yourself

Wearing all this respect

From me and from him,

And all those I will resurrect?

Let me say this just once

So that it will be known

Of the things we both gave to each other

All the things which you have thrown.

Throw it away,

Again and again;

Breaking my lead-pumped heart!

Do you see what you have done

To your creation?

I

Remove that feeling

Today.
