Forgetting

Location

Patient You are as I wait upon You.

With each passing doubt, You gently draw near

Reminding me of Your goodness once again.

Every time I drink You in, I can't help but want for more.

So why must You keep reminding me? Am I that eager

To flee from the King's presence and forget? Busy I become

But never too busy for You. Keep on reminding me and never stop.

Forever remebering Your beauty is all that I seek

So that it is no longer You who reminds, but me.
