You tear me from side to side,

Leaving bones yet still they move,

Leaving me skinless with a heart still beating,

Giving life once more to myself,

Vessels of blood flowing through,

Once Again. 

This body you tore once,

Is repairing,

Zipping bones with flesh,

Skin wrapping me with a heart underneath,

Living even more,

Blood throughout me,

Reviving me.

In the end,

I learned to live,

Learned to heal,

Through time.
