I never have a free weekend to party or have fun
I work in the fields and don't stop until the day is done
From six in the morning till seven at night
I don't stop working until there is no one in sight
I am not alone, I work with my family
You have to work hard because this is reality
Working together we barely get to pay all the bills
Working in the fields doesn't need a specific skill
But I didn't  want this life I want to go farther then high School
Because Education is the most important tool
I want to keep on studying and have a better life
So that way in the future I won't struggle to support my kids and my wife
I am an immigrant
And one day I wish to be a citizen
To enjoy things like everyone else
And be able to be myself
There are students like me all over the nation
We can be smart, athletic or talented but we will never have a collage graduation
It's been 12 years and the Dream Act has not been passed
And for years thousands of students have asked
"Let the act pass and please let us learn"
This is a choice that gives everyone a good turn
America will grow bigger and improve
And our education rank will surely move
I will never give up and fight everyday
I am a DREAMer and my dreams won't fade away
