Replay

It happened again, as if the scene was on replay.

Emotions came back with force taking the life out of her and putting fear inside of her heart

It’s like what happened before was happening again

Fear, Anger, Regret all just grabbed ahold of her life taking control

She no longer was living her own life, they have changed her story

From a girl who overcame the battle was now reliving it as if no success was made

She thought it was over for it hasn’t happened in years, but the scene replayed once more

This girl who was stronger was now weak for she had no idea what to do

Tears wanted to stream down her face as she thought this was her fault

She felt everything happened has happened because she was worthless or wasn’t good enough

She’s been trying to get through this but has fallen back 100 times from before.

Every feeling she ever had was now wrapped up back inside her

She was living her life on replay

The anxiety now claimed her life as she became scared to go to sleep again, afraid it was going to happen to her once more.

Images would play across her mind as she began breathing heavily as if it was happening, she became so shaken she couldn’t think clearly

Her vision was blurred as she continued to shake uncontrollably.

She held her legs close to her body to protect herself, with her covers up to her face; she sat there in the dark

Afraid for her life she closed her eyes

No matter where she looked, where she went her life was on constant replay
