What is Life

Thu, 06/06/2013 - 15:19 -- xer25

Life is new yet old
Long but short
Fresh yet covered in mold
Judged by an unseen court

Life is clear yet shrouded
Calm but crazy
You succeed yet you’re still doubted
Active but lazy

Life is fun but boring
Easy yet hard
Loathsome but adoring
A short journey yet you travel far

Life is rich but poor
Solid yet faded
Not important but capped close to the core
You’re loved yet you’re hated
Life is worth living but part dying
Life is all truth yet always lying

That is what life is
