We can "justify" about everything ...

Ecclesiastes 2:13-14

13 I realized that wisdom is preferable to folly,
just as light is preferable to darkness:
14 The wise man can see where he is going, but the fool walks in darkness.
Yet I also realized that the same fate happens to them both.

If

“If these things are done in the daylight ... what then is done in the darkness?”

If now we see prosperity … what is done when in despair?

If now it brings out the best in us … in this world in degradation

what will it be like at the end of day … when nothing will be fair?

The things now done in open … were shameful some years ago.

We are promoting filthiness … like a normal way of life.

We’ve come a long way baby … in our descent into the mire.

It is now almost up to our neck and we act like it is paradise.

The scent of rottenness we can’t smell … our sight lost long ago.

Like music to our ears ... are the screams of helplessness.

We can justify about everything … in our inflated egos.

We can’t see an end in sight … to the burden of loneliness.
