Untainted Pursuit

Run.
Race towards the impossible.
Chase after the clouds.
The unseen is your destiny;
Faith is your shoes.

Run.
Sprint away from corruption.
Duck at the hurling of fire.
The hollow cave is a trap!
Discernment is your flashlight.

Stop.
Fear is around the corner.
Go, behold its weary face.
Running will make it follow;
Love is your repellant

Jump.
The sky rests below your home.
Leap just above what you see.
A single breath downward may weigh you;
Believing is your wings.

Fly.
The impossible is made manifest!
Acquaint yourself with the stars.
In the heights, catch your breath;
A friend is your wind.

Dive
Rush to the helm of the earth!
Share your expeditions!
They will bless you and curse you;
Persecutors are your crown.

Run.
Race towards the impossible.
Chase after the clouds.
The unseen is your destiny;
Faith is your shoes.

Repeat.
Run until your shoes have no soul!
Run until your flashlight burns the light!
Stop until your repellant lures the flies,
Jump until your wings get stuck in a cloud,
Fly until your breath chokes you,
Dive until they shoot you back home!

Taint the experience? I feel like you wouldn't let yourself do that to anything anyway. You'd just stop writing or pursue an untainted description. You're a creator so don't run from creations in fear. If you run...run because its not right.
