Time is Fleeting

Although strife lurks as far as one can see

Is it best for us to abound with fear and hide?

Or look upon the world with glee

And flow gracefully amongst the tide

Throughout the struggles we endure day to day

One may eventually learn to cope

And then maybe they can find a way

To see the surrounding world in a wider scope

So rather than flee the earth through one’s own power

We must try to cherish every moment

As time is continuously fleeting by the hour

Each and every single component

We are faced with a decision as the day is nigh

Will we live before we die?
