Shall We

It it because I'm black I don't breath fresh air?

Or might it be because I say hola instead of hello

my speech is impaired

It's crazy how I wake up to smoke in the air and unclean water

Im parched!

They say we are the future

Well how can I see it when my winshield is foggy

Unable to see what's ahead because I'm unsure of what's behind

Well I say no more

No more of the snobby rich men

Coming into my territory..YES MY TERRITORY!

Without a single consent

You know how you love that 36 bus or that 2 train

It's at the cost of your water stained

When are you gunna realize people

It's in your face!

Oh you think your the shit because of the car you drive

Or because of the wonderful spray you use for your hair

Think people think

You know why your baby sister has asthma

Oh and another one

Your telling me because I'm black and I live in the hood

I deserve trash in my streets

Nah chill I refuse to admit defeat

Boricua too !

I'm not alone

We're all in the same Boat

A boat of doom..Of no return

(Take a breath)

Shall we be the change we are the future
