Sacrificial

James 1:25 New English Translation (NET Bible)

25 But the one who peers into the perfect law of liberty and fixes his attention there and does not become a forgetful listener but one who lives it out—he will be blessed in what he does.

Amazing about memory that things come and go

Important things of today will be forgotten soon

Maybe that’s why darkness seems to really know

That, if it waits for a little, it shines like a new tune

So it is in politics and what quickly rises to the top

Will take the loaves and leaving us some crumbs

As the mess below is moving and if it settles not

The stains of it stay to be gathered by the dumb

After time however other troubles will raise faithful

And the pollution of yesterday starts turning into cream

The masses forget soon about the thieves and the hateful

As only the good are victims of the ugly and the mean

Good seems always sacrificed for the cause of evil

Every day a price is paid for the welfare of a child

Maybe that’s the purpose in such to accept what’s legal

So that love may flourish freely so that others will get by
