Restraining Order

Location

Out of the house and all alone
This order you've given me, true self shown.
Restricting our daughter from father, cause hate,
Stand in front of the judge, I shall not wait.
The time has come to stand up and fight,
These false allegations are not right.
I took the abuse, from you out of love,
In the end it was me, in jail you shove.
In sickness and in health, those words held true,
For me, and yet held no value for you.
Now a daughter without a father, due to lies,
Restraining order in place, the judge sighs.
A heart broken, daughter abandoned, your the reason why.
I believe in change, it was you that wanted none,
All this stress is killing me, on my chest it weighs a ton.
Harder and harder to breath, only a matter of time.
This heart that beated for you, is losing its rythem, and it's rhyme.
For this reason I have to let you go,
My love for you was eternal. I want you to know.
Isabella, I love you, more than you know,
I'll always be around to see you grow.
What a shame, it has come to this,
My dearest Isabella, In the words of your daddy,
You'll truly be missed.
