My fingerprint; My Identity

To lay aside my finger's print

Is to lay aside my life

It's to lay aside my identity

That I've adopted through strife

And at the end of the day

What do I see?

I see a broken Watch

Never knowing the right time

I see a neck

That bows a head when others pass by

I see lost things and love

I see scars and kisses

I see wires exposed

I see selfless wishes
