The Motions of Yoga
Location
Relax, clear your mind, and breath deep
Listen to the soothing music and close your eyes
Going from the outside world to the inner mind is an important leap
Thoughts go blank and emotion dies
Now focus on nohing but the third eye
Let go of all tension and let the mucles loosen
Roll up vertebra by vertebra, then lift the crown of the head to the sky
Realize you have a purpose here on earth just by being human
Everyone's soul should honors each other
Now get in a pose and focus on the body's steadiness
Go through the movement of a sun sautation before beginning another
But first, reflect on your body's readiness
