Missing in action

Luke 8:12       New English Translation

12 Those along the path are the ones who have heard; then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved.

Missing in action

the words taken from the heart are almost like a memory loss

Although the flashback at times they've lost the real substance

Just like words blowing in the wind never followed by action

An empty vessel breaking apart without leaving any evidence

Evil can squeeze really deep into a man’s thought pattern

To work there in confusion hiding the matter of choice

Appearing then as real in darkness with a failing lantern

And in such miss-lead all, except the “very elect” of course
