Look At Me...

Location

I have a voice to express

You will be the audience that listens.

I have a heart of gold,

But a mind that's different.

You can judge my soul,

But God is my witness.

I have been through the storm;

The sun is ahead of my vision.

There were so many times

I yearned for acceptance

But I learned that I'm me

Until the day that I'm breathless.

So look at me close,

And see the REAL picture.

Get a good dose,

Then deal with the symptoms.

I'm sorry for yelling,

The pain inside.

I'm tired of instantly failing

In the world's eyes.

If I have sinned,

Dear God I repent.

I give thanks to my audience,

I needed to vent.
