as i lay in bed

I stop writing

my soul is at peace

my mind is at ease

frustration is easily influence to be angry

i continue to live life in my eyes

Tears dripped down from my face when certain intimate thoughts cross my mind

reminding me to hold on to everything that defines my legacy

times change. people change

every time i wake up, there is a purpose

poetry gives me every inch to write, every ounce to finish

you have shown me the way

when all else fails, i can always count on poetry to help me write that inspires
