History

Come together all my breathren,

Come together all my sons,

let us show the world as a people,

let us tell them what we've done,

April 19,1775, soldiers now not alive,

proceded to pick up guns,

with no training, and much courage,

they fought side by side,

colour didn't matter,

as the war waged on for years,

we all came together,

everyone shedding tears.

July 19, 1848

women showed america

what we're truly worth

Seneca falls convention,

first movement for womens rights

we didn't scream in the streets,

we had an honest fight,

no weapons, just words.

No bayonets, just curls.

all women, no little girls,

trying to make things right,

this is the true fight,

 this is history
