Gone Again

Gone again,

You're not my friend,

But then again were you ever?

Fake words,

Wordless fights,

Flighty little girls.

I messaged you with no reply,

I waited to hear your voice.

I waited for a sign,

You left no sign,

You said no words.

I deleted all of your messages.

Our lives intertwined, our worlds apart, a ravine of doubt between us.

No longer close, rather far away, our bond soon to be forgotten.

Because I love you so we said,

This is for the best.

Now I see you now and then,

What a fikle creature fate is-

Best Friends as close as could be now become acquaintances.
