Full of it

Proverbs 20:17 New English Translation (NET Bible)

17 Bread gained by deceit tastes sweet to a person,

but afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel.

Fill me up with anything I want to be full for tomorrow

Don’t tell me it never comes for that I surely won’t grasp

You can tell me about everything about grief and sorrow

For all, of course, will be done and to me, that’s all of that

Carry me to a bridge to walk across the emptiness

That is hidden deep below the surface of my heart

Appearing to others to be rich in accumulated onlyness

As always in the know, I seem to be set by myself apart

If I had a bungee-cord would I dare to jump?

Do I have a hunger to see what is deeply below?

Would I be in one accord bypassing every bump?

Could I be free in bypassing life without trying to crow?
