Fortress
Noone knows the life I live
Noone knows the pain I hide
Or the fear I have deep inside
Noone knows how weird I am
That sometimes I feel I'm my only friend
Noone knows the war I wage
Against myself and sometimes everyone else
Noone knows the battles I have
Fighting and failing to conquer
I built my walls so high
It's started as a means to hide
Everyone tries to knock them down
But they are all defeated on hollow ground
They were never meant to disintegrate
Surely someone must know how to levitate
Noone knows because it's hard to let anyone in
