Desire

Ecclesiastes 7:1

A good name is better than precious ointment,

And the day of death than the day of one’s birth;

Name calling

Yesterday I wandered … today I am lost

I only wanted to see the attractive

Now I am left to ponder … cannot pay the cost

No one to help me interactive

Yesterday seemed sensible … today only confusion

Always find myself far from call

I name it crucial … in my own delusion

To escape from the uncomfortable after all

Who will pay the price for the choices I make?

I haven’t got a penny to my name.

Why do I despise and label others for my sake

Unworthy and hypocritical is my shame?
