Ambler

Looking at what we most often see

We can only imagine what we could be.

Ourselves,

I look at the picture, with no filter.

In my eyes, Only visualizing a kid,

That is just an ambler.

Embodied, by his own faint light.

A kid, choosing a path down his own mighty sight.

Scared, by the challenges to come.

He wants more than what was before.

He knows, what he needs to become.

Swore, he did to achieve,

But Back in his mind, does he really believe…

Sometimes no…

Life gets him down

He wonders if he has what it takes.

Other-times close to give up,

But he won’t

Because, I know what he makes.

I say yes, he Believes, even with the filter gone

I can see who he really is

that face No longer Looking drawn

His accomplishments will be grand,

and we both, know, he will withstand.

Looking at what we most often see

We can only imagine what we could be.

Ourselves,

with a dream
