All the Pieces of You and Me

All the shattered pieces,

Are scattered about but it ceases,

To matter because I'm unbroken unbound,

I am one of many who will never bow down,

I am one of many and you will not hear me beg,

Deliver upon me your worse I've said,

You will not hear me curse and give up,

I am a filled with strength like water in a cup,

Send to me your suffering and hate,

In the form of punches in the rain,

For if it is my fate,

Then I will endure this pain,

When you have left as a bully,

I have found another who's like me but fully,

Filled with hate, pain, and fear,

It's you I place my hand on your shoulder to bear,

The burdens that make you curse at this life,

I am your brother now so let us cut through the darkness with strife,

We will strive for strength to a light so warm and bright,

We will tear down the darkness with one solid strike,

Come with me my friend now is our time,

We will stand in that light that is life and not a lie,

We will show the world that we will never kneel,

We will not find another's hope to steal,

Come with me my friend for now is our turn,

Let our pieces fall together and burn,

Away the fear of being beaten and becoming prey in the hunt,

Our minds are strong and now we will rise  and take hold of our own destiny, our sun
