A soothing thought, I had one day, Under a cloudy sky of gray. I imagined a world of wonder and marvel today. What it was I cannot say.
Within my soul there lies a hole What am I to do   If Day and Night by Dark and Light I only think of you?   If you were mine and I were thine Would I be at rest?
When steps are heard Looks are exchanged And head bowed Tears won't help now So they'll take the hits in silence And spare a smile only for the other   When young, learn well
