With the patchy walls
And the half a door
With a piece of chainlink
Keeping me from getting in
And the little angel sitting out front as if guarding the mysteries inside
What does it mean
to see a rose growing
Strong
in the garden
Radiating
with such potential
It means
Confidence
a word so overlooked
yet, holds much more
